For Riders:


  • 1. Lymousine is a technology company that uses an advanced algorithm to make ride sharing efficient and predictive.
  • 2. Lymousine has riders schedule rides at least 30 minutes in advance. Our patent pending technology then matches riders with drivers to provide riders certainty of pick up time while reducing drivers’ non-revenue miles and time.
  • 1. You can download Lymousine rider app [embed the app download link] and sign up.
  • 2. Creating a Lymousine rider account requires a valid email address and phone number. You will also need to create a password and agree to our terms, conditions, and privacy statement.
  • 3. You can also choose to sign in to your Lymousine rider account with an existing Facebook, LinkedIn, or Google+ account.
  • 1. You need to have a Lymousine rider account to request a ride.
  • 2. Download Lymousine rider app and sign in.
  • 3. We set your default pick-up address to be your current GPS location. If you want a different pick-up address, tap the pick-up address box and update the pick-up address.
  • 4. Enter your destination address in the “Select drop location” box.
  • 5. Tap the “car” icon and tap the car type.
  • 6. Select when you want to be picked-up (which needs to be at least 30 minutes in advance).
  • 7. Tap “Continue to payment” box and pay with any major credit card. 8. You will get a confirmation [text and/or email] notification and the ride information will show up in “Ride Details” under the navigation drop-down menu (i.e., tap the dots in the upper left corner when the app opens and tap “Ride Details” in the drop-down menu).
  • 9. We will notify you of the driver assignment before the pick-up time.
  • 10. We will notify you 15 minutes before the pick-up time and when the driver is approaching your pick-up location.
  • 1. You need to cancel a ride [within 5 minutes of booking or at least 6 hours before your scheduled pick-up time] to avoid incurring charges.
  • 2. Open the Lymousine app and tap the navigation drop-down menu (i.e., tap the dots in the upper left corner when the app opens).
  • 3. Tap “Ride Details” in the navigation drop-down menu.
  • 4. Choose the ride you want to cancel in the “Upcoming Rides” panel.
  • 5. The ride information will be removed once you cancel the ride.
  • 6. Charges may be incurred depending on the time of cancelation.
  • 1. We give you 5 frequent flyer miles for the airline of your choice for every mile you ride with us.
  • 2. Your airline frequent flyer miles will accumulate automatically. Your frequent flyer mile status will show up in “Lymousine Miles” under the navigation drop-down menu (i.e., tap the dots in the upper left corner when the app opens and tap “Lymousine Miles” in the drop-down menu).
  • 3. The minimum redemption is 500 Lymousine ride miles.

For Drivers:


  • 1. Lymousine is a technology company that uses an advanced algorithm to make ride sharing efficient and predictive.
  • 2. Lymousine has riders schedule rides at least 30 minutes in advance. Our patent pending technology then matches riders with drivers to provide riders certainty of pick up time while reducing drivers’ non-revenue miles and time.
  • 3. Drivers should plan their desired work window (i.e., the starting point and the ending point) at least 2 hours before their starting time.
  • 4. Sit back and let our advanced algorithm calculate the best route for you.
  • 1. Drivers should have previous experience with another ride sharing company to be qualified
  • 2. Download Lymousine Driver app and register as a driver.
  • 3. Drivers should provide the requested personal information and upload proof of insurance, car registration, and copies of the last 2 payment statements from a previous ride sharing company, and pass our background check.
  • 4. Driver background check may take up to 5 working days to complete.
  • 5. Drivers pay a registration fee of $9.99 after passing their background check.
  • 6. Start picking up drivers on time and with a smile!
  • 1. Lymousine’s weekly pay cycle starts Monday 12:01 am and ends Sunday, at 12:00 midnight.
  • 2. Drivers will get paid weekly on Wednesdays.
  • 3. Payments will be deposited to the bank account provided when the driver registered.
  • 1. Drivers keep 80% of the driving revenue (after payment of certain tolls and fees).
  • 2. Lymousine keeps 20% of the driving revenue (after payment of certain tolls and fees).
  • 3. Lymousine will set aside 5% of revenue to help drivers buy their own autonomous vehicles.
  • 1. Lymousine doesn’t withhold tax for our drivers.
  • 2. You may owe quarterly tax.

  • 4. Please refer to IRS website for an explanation on how to estimate and pay your tax.
  • 5. Lymousine will provide 1099-k or 1099-MISC for your earnings with us.
